Street 127 on Thursday november 29th 2007 witnessed a heavy turn out during the commemoration of four students shot dead by the forces of lawlessness and disorder. Student of UB got to know where we call Jerusalem and Bethlehem at street 127. It Should be interesting to know that street 127 was name after the eligible 127 medical students publish by the then vice chancellor prof.Lambi, it was on that same street where UBSU was Born(At Bethlehem)in 2005,it was on that same street where last year strike, we are sorrounded by hungry triger police men both on campus and at the main gate n because of that we were forced out of campus leading to the death of IVO AND BENNET.May thier souls rest in peace and so the Union has named the ub street,STREET 127.It shall remain for all generations to come
