The Procedure For Collection of Certificates

This is in reaction to some of the issues raised concerning the collection of degree certificates.
Please find below the notice as put up by the university administration.
Former students of the University of Buea wishing to collect their degree certificates may do so by one of the following ways:
1. Withdrawal by person concerned
2. Collection by Attorney
3. Dispatched by Courier Service
For withdrawal by person concerned:
a) pay the processing fee/handling charges at the Receipt Control office (behind Faculty of Arts) and obtain a receipt. This will based on the following modes:
i) Normal mode (within two working days) = 1,000FCFA
ii) Fast mode (same day) = 2,000FCFA
b) present the receipt to the Admissions and Records office and collect a certificate withdrawal form.
c) fill the form carefully and completely
d) deposti the form with a copy of your identification paper at the Admissions and Records office (situated beneath the Faculty of Health Sciences building).
e) The Admissions and Records Office will give you an appointment on when to collect the certificate.
For collection by Attorney
a) persons named as attorney to sign and claim on behalf of a given student must present to the Admissions and Records Office, legalised documents authorising them to sign and claim the certificates
b) In addition, they must present their identification papers, full address, telephone numbers, etc.
c) conform to the conditions specified in (1a - e) above
For Dispatch by Courier Service, persons living outside the country and who require that the university dispatches their certificates to them must satisfy the following conditions.
a) pay to the university, the sum of 10.000FCFA as processing charges
b) sub-mit a pre-paid voucher for DHL on any other Courier delivery service.

very disgusting and shameful that a so=called “2nd class honours”,lower divsion...degree holder like Rickson is morally bankrupt...By the way, what is he still doing in a crampy room at Ninos hostel?he doesnt know the next step to go with his useless degree or what?
Can he even defend or back up his “men of the robe“degree in front of even a 1st=year law student pannel?Surely,he is afraid ....
