However, I would wish to advice that since this site apparently promotes UB, it should find a way of disseminating such announcements to an almost entirety if not all so long as it is within press ethics.

Not mention is how much CFA frs needed for bribes from the lowest to the highest officials. We all know the way things work back in Cameroon. 

@James, I do not want to imagine that you would have welcome a situation where money is levied to procure a certificate. I have learned there a persons who will be angry if a system that allows transparency is put in place prevents persons to bribe. I hope you are not one of such
